Steve JennerSteve Jenner is managing director of Ashbourne Radio. A founding director of High Peak Radio, he has presented the afternoon programme on that station since the station began broadcasting in 2004. He is media consultant to the Plain English Campaign, which is also based here in Derbyshire. His TV appearances include BBC2, BBC 24, Sky News, ITV Central, CNN and many others in this role and he has taken part in broadcasts on 5 live, Radio 4, and the majority of the local BBC stations throughout the country. Formerly a champion racing driver, he 'enjoys' real ale and food beginning with the letters 'ch'. Not a good combination for the highly tuned athlete he isn't. Owns a narrow boat just down the road at Kings Bromley. He presents the station's flagship programme, 'Morning, Ashbourne' on weekday mornings, starting at 7am.	John HaynesWeekend Station Manager; John Haynes John Haynes has worked in radio for many years, including stints presenting shows on High Peak Radio and most recently presenting weekend shows on Loughborough’s local commercial station, Oak FM. He has appeared as guest presenter on radio stations as far away as New Zealand and has presented programmes on BBC West Midlands and Beacon. He presents the 'Weekend Wake-up' on Saturday and Sunday on Ashbourne Radio, 7am – midday and manages the station over the weekend. He also presents the weekday Evening Show, 7pm - 10pm, Monday - Thursday.	Helen MasonPresenter; Helen Mason Helen Mason is one of the original presenters on High Peak Radio. She presents Drive and Late Drive, weekdays on that station. She also works as an independent voice-over artist and is the female voice on a number of commercials heard all over the UK. She will host the weekday Afternoon Show, 1pm – 4pm on Ashbourne Radio.	John DolbySales Manager: John Dolby is weekday night-time presenter on High Peak Radio. He has a long history of professional broadcasting in the East Midlands stretching back into the nineties. He was the licensee of the Ilkeston – based special event broadcaster, Fair FM. He runs his own production studio, and is the author of a leading training manual for prospective radio presenters. John is responsible for all Ashbourne Radio local advertising, sponsorship and promotional sales and for liasing with our valued clients. He will present 'The Dales Drive', 4pm - 7pm, every weekday.	Chris CarnegyPresenter; Chris Carnegy Chris Carnegy is one of commercial radio’s pioneers and is the founding director of Sony Award-winning Spire FM in Salisbury. It remains one of the most profitable small commercial radio stations in the UK. He is one of the founders of Express FM, the community radio station in Portsmouth. He is also a director of High Peak Radio Ltd. He is the host of Lovetown, the show which features some of the best love songs in the world, to bring the day to a gentle close. This show is also featured on High Peak Radio at the same time, 10pm – midnight, 6 nights per week.
Jill McKenzieGroup Head of News; Jill McKenzie is an experienced broadcast journalist who has run the High Peak Radio newsdesk since 2006 and presents 'Open Air', weekday mornings 10 - 1 on High Peak Radio. She will be senior newsreader at Ashbourne Radio. She is one of the two main station newsreaders. She worked previously as a news journalist for Yorkshire Coast Radio.	Ben PriceNews Journalist; Ben Price Ben is news journalist and will be one of the main newsreaders at Ashbourne Radio. He presents Football Fantime on High Peak Radio.	Roger PriceCompany Secretary and Technical Director; Roger Price Roger is company secretary and technical director for High Peak Radio Ltd. He is one of the founders of Stratford - on - Avon's commercial radio service, The Bear - and has presented programmes on many commercial stations over a number of years. He conducted most of the technical testing in Ashbourne and Dovedale. He was recently involved in the 'Big Listen' - a national survey of listener habits conducted by The RadioCentre. He will host the Sunday afternoon programme from 1pm - 6pm on Ashbourne Radio.	Helen Dennison Ashbourne's Helen Dennison joins the team via our 'search for a local radio star' campaign. She can be heard throughout the day as our weather and local features presenter. She’s a keen horse rider and unlike some around here, enjoys a trip to the gym.	Craig PattersonCraig Patterson is one of the most recognisable voices on commercial radio in Derbyshire. Formerly a presenter for Chesterfield’s Peak FM, Craig now performs various roles as High Peak Radio’s 'supersub'. Craig presents the weekend wind-down on Sunday at 6pm and can be seen taking part in various live outside broadcast from special events in the area, along with John Haynes.
Leighton MorrisLeighton Morris is the weekday breakfast show presenter on High Peak Radio and is the station's head of presentation. Part of his role is to oversee music broadcasting on Ashbourne Radio, working closely with John Haynes. He presents the Friday evening programme on Ashbourne Radio, 7pm - 10pm.	Paul TaylorPaul Taylor provides much of the practical support for technical director Roger Price on Ashbourne Radio. Paul has a variety of broadcast interests and is the host of the Dales Dance Party on 96.7 Ashbourne Radio, 6pm - midnight on Saturday.	Paul JennerPaul is Manager and Sales Director at High Peak Radio. He is one of the founding directors of the station. He has worked on over a dozen stations throughout the Midlands and North West and presents the Saturday breakfast show on High Peak Radio. Despite all this, he's still managing to find time to host Saturday music and sport from 1pm until 6pm on 96.7 Ashbourne Radio.	Phil PlattsA lifelong sports fan, Phil, who lives in Ashbourne, was a director of a Swiss Private Bank before quitting the world of commerce in 2007 to follow what he describes as more worthy causes. He contacted the station after he had heard we were setting up. An ex-GMR broadcast course graduate, Phil has also appeared on local and national radio working with The National Lottery. He also has a full and varied stage repertoire to call on. He presents the local sports news round-up on Sunday mornings.	Dave Taylor Dave is well known amongst the musical fraternity in and around Ashbourne. He has spent time as a singer, music promoter, and local live DJ. His experience and knowledge of the local music scene and passion for live music make him an authoritative local voice. Dave conducts interviews and researches local strands of 'What a Performance' for Ashbourne Radio and also presents the local gig guide on Monday and Friday evening.
