Ashbourne Action

Ashbourne Action is your opportunity to make an appeal on behalf of your charitable or not-for-profit organisation.

This is how it works. If your organisation needs something, either volunteers, offers of support, donations such as jumble, or to gain more members, get in touch. It can be as varied as an appeal from the local branch of the Samaritans for volunteers to train, or from a local youth football team for the regular services of a referee. It can be as diverse as an appeal for officials for the Shrove Tuesday football game through to an appeal for new members from the local rotary club.

Simply call us on the station number during office hours and ask to speak to Helen about Ashbourne Action. She will advise you on how to go about making an appeal on behalf of your organisation; and all it will cost you is the call itself and the time it takes to visit us to script and record your appeal.

Please remember, though, that this service is only available to charitable or not-for-profit organisations.
